Ever wanted to experience the thrill of lifting yourself off the ground, learning new movements, and exploring what your body is capable of? Join us for a specially designed Beginner's Aerial Silks & Pole Workshop, where you will get an introduction to two exciting movement-based disciplines. This workshop is suitable for beginners and is designed to help participants explore aerial movement, strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness in a fun and supportive environment. What You Will Learn During the workshop, participants will get an introduction to the basics of Aerial Silks and Pole. You will explore: Basic climbing and gripping techniques Introduction to fundamental Aerial Silks movements Basic wraps and beginner-friendly aerial positions Introduction to Pole movements and techniques Strength and conditioning drills specific to aerial activities Improving grip strength, flexibility and body control Coordination, balance and body awareness Basic combinations and movements under instructor guidance Who Can Attend? This workshop is designed especially for beginners. You do not need any prior experience in Aerial Silks, Pole, gymnastics or fitness training. Whether you are someone who regularly works out or someone completely new to fitness and movement training, you are welcome to join us. Our instructors will guide participants according to their individual ability and experience level. What to Wear Participants are requested to wear comfortable, stretchable clothing that allows easy movement. Recommended: Stretchable leggings, track pants or shorts Comfortable T-shirt or fitted athletic top Avoid loose jewellery or accessories during the workshop Important Information This is a beginner-friendly workshop. Poorva Karnik & Aditya Mhaskar
Poorva is an aerial artist and a certified international-level aerial silks instructor. She is also a National Champion in Rope Mallakhamb, with 15+ years of competitive experience and over 10 years of teaching experience. She has taught students ranging from 5 to 60 years old, with many of her students going on to participate at national and international levels. Known for her calm and patient teaching style, Poorva loves breaking down movements step-by-step and making challenging skills feel achievable. She believes in helping her students build strength, confidence, and, most importantly, enjoy the process of learning aerials. Aditya is a Certified International Mallakhamb Judge, performer, Mallakhamb Instructor and a Fitness Trainer. He has won many National level accolades in Mallakhamb championships and represented India on many International platforms for teaching and performing the art of Mallakhamb.

Please Note
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
- Wear comfortable and stretchable clothing that allows free movement.
- Avoid wearing expensive jewellery or accessories, as they may get damaged or interfere with movement during the workshop.
- Avoid loose jewellery such as chains, bracelets, rings or dangling accessories.
- Have a light and easily digestible meal or snack approximately 1.5 to 2 hours before the workshop.
- Avoid attending the workshop on a completely empty stomach or immediately after having a heavy meal.
- No prior experience in Aerial Silks, Pole, gymnastics or fitness training is required.
- Please inform the instructors about any previous injuries or physical limitations that may affect your participation.
- In case of any severe medical conditions, for example heart-related issues, please consult with the instructors before enrolling in the workshop.
- Follow the instructions and safety guidance provided by the instructors throughout the workshop.
