What to Bring
Essentials
- Water bottle (to stay hydrated)
- Comfortable workout clothes (stretchable and breathable)
- Proper training shoes and socks
Recommended
- Small towel (you may sweat during the session)
- Wrist supports or wraps (if you already use them)
- Light snack (for post-session recovery)
Optional
- Yoga mat (for warm-up, mobility, or stretching)
- Extra t-shirt (for after the session)
